Bread Slices With Fresh Figs, Goat Cheese and Honey – Fast and Delicious

This recipe is really easy and fast. I will not even give measurements, as it is meant to be sort of “inspirational” – meaning, you can put as much as you like from all the ingredients, and you can add/take away other ingredients. If you make a twist, tell me about it!

Ingredients:

Slices of bread – I used my homemade whole grain bread

Goat cheese

Slices of fresh figs

Drizzled honey – I used regular honey this time, but lavender honey would be a really interesting choice (interesting in a good way!!)

Preheat the oven to 180C. Put goat cheese on bread slices and put in the oven, until cheese melts slightly (or more, it’s up to you). Once out of the oven, put fig slices and drizzle with honey. That’s it! Bon appetit!
