Update on 18.11.2018: This cafe / bar no longer exists (unfortunately!!). By now you already know that I love cooking and baking in my dear kitchen. Well yes I do, but every now and then I like eating out too. So I decided to add this section to my blog and give tips about what to eat where briefly – mmm things that I like eating, places that I like eating in.
I woke up this morning at 8. I was just staring at the ceiling, and thinking to myself, damn I have the greatest headache of all times! Hangover, hallelujah!!
This past year has been the year of discoveries for me. So, for the birthday of my dear blog, I decided to go through this one year and list what I discovered in this one year journey – about baking, about cooking, but most important of all, about myself. So here we go, hope I do not forget anything.. And they are not in any other, just to warn you:
I woke up to a – yet again – shabby winter morning on Saturday morning. There was not even a hint of Sun, the sky was covered with clouds and what’s worse, it was evident that soon was coming my arch-nemesis when it comes to weather: the rain.. However, I was not at all feeling bad. On the contrary, I was feeling quite happy and excited, because it was yet another “recipes evening” that night!
When I first started baking, I actually asked this question to myself as: “Why THE HELL do we use salt in a dessert recipe??!”

A nice and cozy day in my dear kitchen is like this: I bake something that smells and looks delicious, making the whole apartment warm and tasty, whereas my flatmate is on her sewing machine, creating a dress, a bag or getting ready for her next workshop (makeable4u.wordpress.com).
I cannot spend a day without eating tomatoes. I like putting some salt on a tomato and eating it like a snack for example. Or I like mixing it with yoghurt.. But out there in the markets, there are so many different types of tomatoes that I was confused for a long time which one to buy.
